I had a stay that was a mix of beautiful amenities and somewhat frustrating service. The rooms are stunning and modern, with lovely views, but I encountered some issues with the service not being as available as expected, especially on Sundays. It's a great place if you're looking for a spa-like experience, but be mindful of the staff availability. Overall, the facilities were impressive, but the lack of service on weekends put a bit of a damper on my experience.
